Board of Directors
We are structured as a 501(c) (3) with seventeen board members that meet monthly. These seventeen representatives, although a strong Board of Directors, take great effort to act as an umbrella facilitative body for the membership. The board has a nominating committee that brings the nominees before the general membership prior to the annual meeting that is held the third Friday in October of every year. The Project RIGHT board members are then reaffirmed at the annual meeting.
Project RIGHT
board members are recruited from the general membership and must be an active
leader in a neighborhood organization. They take an "
Oath
of Office" that includes setting aside parochial interests to support
community-wide interests during their service on the coalition board.
