Mission Statement
Our mission is to promote resident involvement in neighborhood stabilization and economic development within the community of Grove Hall (Roxbury and North Dorchester).

We have chosen not to duplicate or compete with existing services already provided in the community. Instead, we strive with pride, dignity, and hope to:
  1. Marshal the considerable civic resources within our community; organizing at the block level.
  2. Increase the communication links, peer support, and professional staff aid to members.
  3. Improve the contacts and influence of our members, within city and state government and the private sector.
Our goal is to improve the capacity of existing member organizations and be instrumental in the creation of new organizations. We believe that this will help to prevent violence from occurring in the Grove Hall area. We will achieve this goal by:

  1. Identify resident leadership and help them to improve their block organizations or initiate organizations where none exist.
  2. Institute formal communication and support between member organizations.
  3. Maintain the diversity within Project RIGHT, Inc.
  4. Effectively manage and evaluate the work we do, in an manner that is accountable to the community.
